These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the mobile application Zen Flow: Mindful Arrow Logic, provided by Dani1988 Games ("we", "our", or "us").

By installing, accessing, or playing Zen Flow, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not download or use the application.

1. License to Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Dani1988 Games grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and play Zen Flow on personal mobile devices solely for your non-commercial entertainment purposes.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All rights, title, and interest in and to the game — including but not limited to software code, puzzle logic, artwork, audio recordings, visual effects, UI designs, and logos — are owned by or licensed to Dani1988 Games. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from the application.

3. Virtual Items & In-Game Rewards

Zen Flow includes virtual gameplay elements such as Blossoms, Zen Sanctuary garden decorations, Hints, XP Ranks, and visual Themes.

• Virtual elements are earned solely through gameplay progression or optional rewarded video interactions.
• Virtual items have no monetary value, cannot be redeemed for real currency, and do not constitute personal property.
• Dani1988 Games reserves the right to manage, modify, or balance virtual item availability to maintain fair and engaging gameplay.

4. Advertising & Third-Party Content

The game may display advertisements served by Google AdMob. Interacting with third-party advertisements or following external hyperlinks is done at your own discretion. We do not endorse or assume liability for third-party websites, products, or services.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use automated scripts, bots, or cheats to manipulate puzzle progression, hints, or ad reward mechanisms.
• Attempt to intercept, disrupt, or tamper with application network requests or local storage databases.
• Use the application for any unlawful purpose or in violation of local, national, or international regulations.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Zen Flow is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Dani1988 Games does not warrant that the application will always operate uninterrupted, bug-free, or compatible with every mobile hardware configuration.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dani1988 Games shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or inability to use the game.

8. Termination & Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material updates will be reflected with a revised date on this page. Your continued use of Zen Flow constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
